Egyptian bodybuilder El-Shahat Mabrouk holds the IFBB record for the most World Amateur Champion titles. He competed in his first World Amateur Championships in 1981, and he’s still competing today. I’m not sure of his age, but it must be around 50.
I’d like to think I’ll still be competing and going strong at that age.
