I HAVE BEEN TRYING IT FOR MONTHS NOW AND THE GAINS ARE FANTASTIC UP TO THIS POINT. I THOUGHT I RESEARCHED ENOUGH PREVIOUS TO STARTING BUT ONE THING I'M NOT CLEAR ON: DO YOU SWITCH EXERCISES EACH WEEK TO A DIFFERENT FAVORITE (OUT OF YOUR FAVORITE THREE PER BODYPART) OR DO YOU WAIT UNTIL YOU STOP MAKING PROGRESS TO CHANGE IT????
