im looking for some information on dc training i tried searching for it on here and google and couldn't find anything.

if anyone has anything good let me know on here or pm me

You will be very happy that you made the decision to follow a DC training program once you start, but do yourself a favor and post your workout that you are planning on using for DC because a lot of guys claim to be doing DC but once I see there program I see that they misunderstood a lot of it and made mistakes putting together there program. I would be happy to throw you my .02 once you put together your routine. I have been following DC for months and my only complaint is that finding clothes is a bitch.

What im going to do is a M-T-Th-F split im organizing what im for each day. i think im going to do something like m-bi's back t-chest, shoulder, trip and th- legs leaving friday for bi and back. then the next week ill just rotate. m-chest,shoulders, tri t-legs th- bi and back then f- legs. if not that then ill run a 3 day split m-w-f with the above system but not as much rotation.

Kudos to you for wanting to try out DC training I think you will find it to be one of the most effective massbulding systems out there.....

You can always read the stickies at www.intensemuscle.com in the DOGG Pound which is where the most about DC traingin and where Dante himself posts.

Also you can always purchase the official DC Training DVD that myself and Jason Wojo put together with Dante, the link to the webpage to buy is below in my sig. Its not expensive at all and lays out the whole 2 day split in detail with both workouts and an alternative excersise page.It is only $30 and worth the investment if you are serious about DC training.

After reading the post "cycles for pennies a day by DC" it really geared my to really want to do this. I've been trialing it and i can just imagine the gains from it. Next week i will start it, if i can i will log my splits. im not sure if im going to stick to what i posted early with just pretty much doing rest pause with that schedule or doing the actual split DC mentioned a few times...

It would make sense to do DC's split for more than one reason... and that reason is, why try and tweak something that clearly doesn't need to be tweaked. everyone is always tweaking when really they need to do their core lifts and then work at when they need to get bigger after that. Anyways its my 12:00 am and that means its my b-day :)

I wouldnt recommend that to be honest....thats a conglomeration of posts from late 2001-early 2002 I believe....totally outdated...and my views have changed slightly on some aspects as new information has evolved over the last 6-7 years.

You got that DVD that can cut thru the chase quickly on how to get things done....theres alot of info at I.M. also...and you got big Dusty (now at 292 pounds and using circus tents for t-shirts to fit over his delts) and big Franco (280 and looking for a meal or farm animal!) on this board who can help you out with any questions.
 
If you are serious about DC, read intense muscle and buy the DVD. It is worth every penny and more if you really want to do it right. Reading the stickies is good, but seeing it on video gives you a very good idea of what to do.
 
altough that post was 6-7 years old, it still gave a great general idea of dc training...

now where can i get my hands on this dvd? i couldn't find a link on intense muscle.
 
Just ordered th DVD myself. I am going to give DC Training a serious go. Just want to educate myself some more.
 
there is one thing i dont understand is how you do the training when getting ready for a comp. for example: DC = getting big but your only working out like 3 days a week. if you want to get cut do you jsut throw in a ton of cardio and diet or do you switch your routine to something else.

you can use it getting ready for a show... justa few things change when your bodyfat gets real low like higher rep range and straight sets.
is this workout good for all year long or just while on gear?
all year long if you blast and cruise properly. I dont mean that by gear blasting and cruising either. So it doesnt matter if your on gear or not.
 
Received DC Training DVD today and watched some of it already. I like the straightforwardness of the DVD. It is like, "here are the principles, now go apply them with hard work". I like the philosophy of the training method and now I will put it into action.

Thanks bro I am glad you like it....Honestly thats exactly what are objective was to create an instructional DVD with Jason and my stupid humor injected in there from time to time to break up the monoteny....lol....I looked like a dumbass in some spots but we had a great time..
 
I HAVE BEEN TRYING IT FOR MONTHS NOW AND THE GAINS ARE FANTASTIC UP TO THIS POINT. I THOUGHT I RESEARCHED ENOUGH PREVIOUS TO STARTING BUT ONE THING I'M NOT CLEAR ON: DO YOU SWITCH EXERCISES EACH WEEK TO A DIFFERENT FAVORITE (OUT OF YOUR FAVORITE THREE PER BODYPART) OR DO YOU WAIT UNTIL YOU STOP MAKING PROGRESS TO CHANGE IT????
