Looking for gyms in various places

I have to travel a lot for work, so i am always on the lookout for gym recommendations in various areas, it sure beats the multi stations in the hotels - "Yes we have a gym" or just working the local Yellow pages.

Has anyone any recommendations in

Colorado Springs
Bloomington MN,
Ridgefield NJ
Lebanon PA

I'm not familiar with the other states but I can answer for New Jersey. Ridgefield is west of Cliffside Park and Edgewater in Bergen County. Edgewater has a World Gym on River Road.
