Ok guys, heres the deal, im 3 weeks out and i need some help. Ok ive been losing fat and doing fine with it, but lately ive hit a slump and cant seem to lose any more fat, now i dont have much left, but water and a lil fat right in my lower abs. Is there any suggestions as to what could get the fat burning process back in high gear? Im gonna up my cardio a lil more to an hour in the morning and maybe like 45 mins at night, still at a slow pace, walking on a treadmill with an incline or stairmaster. But any and all suggestions are welcome, im looking for anything that will work

ps. has anyone ever tried injectible lasix? Ive got some and wondering what anyone else's experience with it.

I have bumex too, i was planning on starting it thursday and friday looking at myself in the mirror and if i didnt look tight enough then i would use the injectable lasix up till the morning of the show. What do yall think
 
Dude, forget the diuretic for a while ok?
heres what you can do if in fact youve lost your body fat and are stuck at the last bit +some waters you can :
A)Do what most people do, Increase your cardio,dercrease your calories even further, get really weak, lose your hard earned muscle, get insulin insensitive and unpredictable and be miserable as FUCK throughout the process, then you'll play with diuretics and its a hit and miss type situation,

Or

B) If in fact youve gotten pretty lean, do the right thing... Gradually dercrease your cardio to a stop at least 10 to 12 days out. Start picking up your calories gradually so the drugs start working! drugs dont work in a low cal enviroment. (except for Primo). Get your metabolism & drugs to burn that extra little fat you may have. Remember metabolism is directly tied into caloric intake. Also the increase glycogen from the calories are the single most important factor at drawing your sub-Q fluids into the muscle so you can see clearly your progress.
Now reduce your work out time and increase your intensity and weight so you can GROW STRONGER TO THE DAY OF THE SHOW!
Now you will be the best you can be FULL, HARD and STRONG so when you stand onstage your body feels like a champions while everybody next to you is second guessing themselves.
The last days, you do little adjustments, we can discuss that another post.

I get in shape about 3 weeks before a show, I get bigger and harder up to the show. i start working at that point in time, all the posing and flexing really "Marbelizes" it become a pleasant thing competing.
Last thing , this is a power sport you cant be getting weak trying to LOOK strong onstage.

At my last competition, the guy that won my class was EXTREMELY ripped (and always somes in that way). I got to talking with him about shedding water (us ol' guys will share info amongst each other :) ) - since getting that "hard" look has eluded me.

He said that it's not about water, it's about fat. He said that if a person drops the BF they need to, then water is rarely a problem. He said people blame "water" when they just need to come in leaner.

i appreciate the info, like i said im not holding much, but i just wanted to get rid of whats left. I wasnt planning on using the dieretics now, i was just asking because i didnt want to start a whole new post. But i will do what you suggested, thanks agian
