Ok guys, heres the deal, im 3 weeks out and i need some help. Ok ive been losing fat and doing fine with it, but lately ive hit a slump and cant seem to lose any more fat, now i dont have much left, but water and a lil fat right in my lower abs. Is there any suggestions as to what could get the fat burning process back in high gear? Im gonna up my cardio a lil more to an hour in the morning and maybe like 45 mins at night, still at a slow pace, walking on a treadmill with an incline or stairmaster. But any and all suggestions are welcome, im looking for anything that will work
ps. has anyone ever tried injectible lasix? Ive got some and wondering what anyone else's experience with it.
