Last night I took topical allopregnanolone. In guys on trt and hormones dhea and allopregnanolone can be low, esp if on for longer peorids of time at least a study showed. Then again, some guys on here say they have good dhea levels, despite. Sleep seems to be grand on it , as it does effect gaba a receptors,

Dhe ais a good idea , esp if need an estrogen boost, Labs on 12.5 mgs dhea, puts estrogen about in mid range. Dhea increases dht so for those concerned with androgenic alopecia, take in consideration. Ive had one dht test , on trt 150 mgs weekly, and it was above moderate. Primary care doctor at the time was busy, so a substitute nurse did it, then put flags on insurance that dht test wasnt needed. Primary Doctor and I were understanding of one another and he did tests like this for me before. Some Doctors will help you with tests specific tests like e2, and some wont, theyl say its not needed. Tonight think ill use topical progesterone on scalp, as it does inhibit dht , on the scalp.

First thing cardio at gym. Stationary bike. Intervcal gardio, going at it hard, then a break untill catch breathe, then repeat, or if too worn, make it more moderate.

Chest and back supersetted, chest eight sets, back nine. Strength decent. Can tell been deiting by way I fell. Hungry middle of night, and when waking up, and throughout work. Uncomfortable but its what's needed, and its usually after sleep,wake up, hunger, then stay awake and go back to sleep. Gaba powder seems to help, if not taking too much..... waking up and first five hours to eight hours of the day, hungry. Took ala with last carb meals.
In check in pics get use to doing front and rear relaxed like you would standing on bodybuilding stage, chest high, lats spread, feet pushing outward at floor to flex quads and inward at floor to flex hamstrings/adductors in rear shots....and flex abdominal muscle.
 
Bike ride across feild on pavement road, and back, 15 minutes. Heart rate up

side delts 6 sets
front and rear delts 3 sets each

Upon awaking stationary bike 20 mins, moderate paced . 20 seconds all out x2. Vo2 max important, many health benefits . elliptical, 5 mins

Steps in at work

Quads, hamstrings, adductors. More volume than usual. idk, 8-9 sets of each. Right leg has a weak link so couldnt go all out intensity, esp on leg extensions. Hack squats more volume, went heavier than planned bc felt okay doing these.

Cardio: treadmill, step ups, reverse lunges, bicycle, boxing practice. Planned to go longer but blood sugar dipped so low.= 25 mins

Now theyre at 85 lbs , hit 100 last year -thats just ego talking probally. Do want to get strength up again on decline db press

Can't see anything in those pics because of the light in the windows. Do you look at your pics before posting them? You are dragging this diet thing out, you don't appear to be getting any leaner on minimal calories (by bodybuilding standards). What's going on?

Added in two times a day cardio last week. I can see a difference in stomach. Will find better ways to show stomach area. Pay attention to better lighting

Cardio 10 mins

work steps in

Quads, hams, adductors. right knee much improved since last time. Went heavier on leg extension with no clicking or pain. Two sets hacks 2 plates+35 per side -15 reps, long, slow, descent and almost pauses at parrell and lower, really filling lower and overall quads with a lot of blood. Intensity high but not to the point like Dorian Yates talks about someone holding a gun to ones head. Too risky since last week right knee was weak, aching. Definatey stimulated quads, hams, adductors well enough for growth. When I trained like that I got injured. I do think it can be useful for a the height of a cycle, for five weeks, and once in a great while, for bodyparts , want to improve. Too much, too often is an injury waiting to happen.

20 mgs test sub q. Some days may be as low as 10 mgs, on days not in gym bc planning a short away from gym, other days, may be more.

Even without the cardio and just lifting, he should be losing bodyfat on those macros, no? I know everyone metabolism varies but I weigh 20lbs less than op and can lose weight rapidly on 3000 calories without cardio. Maybe it’s possible that his current macros are maintenance? This is confusing for me as well following this log
