you ve got it brother. Ive done three conttest preps and dieted down like this numerous times so a lot of this kicks in from previous experience when imstruggling and makes it much easier.

ala yu can do is your very best and I promise you next time come hardcore cutting like this itll be easier and muscle memory, dietng memory , whatever you wanna call it will kick in

Great stuff. The low carbs can really effect things but I know it will be worth it. I am definitely the same as you in regards to higher carbs and lower fats being best for my look when dieting. We are both tall and with our longer limbs when that fullness starts going with restricted calories it's doesn't look great :eek: I am doing low carbs and fats now to accelerate the fat loss as I am behind but I know it will improve my look in the end. Just like you though when carbs are brought back everything just looks so much better. I haven't dIeted much in the past and I was really surprised how much my vascularity was effected by lower carbs. I had a massive cheat feast last night and woke up wiht a big veins in my quad so was made up :eek::D

I think you are like me in that health is always a concern so I don't like going too low in fats for too long. 24 days to go :)

I agree completely, us taller guys flatten out quicker and and on low carbs , best to raise fats up on low carb days-for health and strength--ive dieted n low carbs and fats t least two preps and strength zapped and felt bad, with some more fats, im still feeling the diet, butt helps me feel a bit better than no fats.

and on higher carb days ,drop fats lower or to many calories , in my experience. I can tell you know what you re doing explaining the carbs/fats well.

didnt count calories. went a lil off usual diet, nothing extreme or anything

I think going off diet short term is fine and can help help with a mental break from dieting

Physical activity: 45 mins on empty, back, then 20 mins hardcore hit interval getting heart rate up to 155! back and forth intervals for 20 mins, then 20 mins walk

On losing body fat I think the hard interval cardio post training , after weight training, for 20 mins , getting my heart-rate high for two mins difficult effort, than going down about 50-60 % of that for another two minutes back and forth works well for me currently. following another 20 mins or so walk to continue fat burning is effective, think ill keep doing this and see how this works

*metabolism seems to have speed up, which is fine for me. only tyhing using is l carnitine l tartrate, 12 mgs ephedrine, 200 mgs caffeine. I noticed last time I got this lean, all I have to do is stay on diet and I keep leaning out well
