low blood pressure post HIIT??

i did sled pulls today and some sprints. felt hard as it always does.

came home had a protein shake then fell asleep for 30 mins. about 30 mins later i checked my blood pressure which normally sits around 120-125/70-80

it was 102/60 twice and then 116/65

i am assuming this is no issue. fairly well hydrated and i had eaten in the day

anybody else find this

Well, during exercise the blood vessels in your body, many of them, will dilate to provide increased blood flow. When that happens, your heart doesnt have to work as hard so the HR goes down when youre resting. A few hours later that effect should be gone.
