Just want to get some of your opinions about running a low carb diet (less then 20g a day) while running Test or maybe sust. I am a big fan on running a low carb diet for a couple months to shed off the lazy winter fat, but I have never tried it while on test. I'm wondering if this would help with shedding the fat? What do y'all think? Anyone ever tried a long term low-carb diet while on a cycle?
