What do you guys think about low carb dieting with Waxy making up 90% of the carb intake?
Was thinking of taking Waxy with my morning breakfast, pre-workout, and post workout.
Just enough to keep me out of ketosis. It was an idea brought up to me by a friend who competes and said it works to cut. The rest of carbs would be from veggies.
