My stats mid 30's been working out for YEARS, lots of cardio, clean diet, I'm only 5 ft 06 inches tall and 165lbs.

I have done many previous cycles, but I am not going to name them all I can say that I used to be HUGE for my frame at one time I was almost 200 pounds of solid muscle, after getting deployed to Iraq/Afghanistan for almost 2 yrs I lost over 40lbs. To make the long story short, I started a low dosage cycle of 200mg of test every 5 days and 100mg of tren eod. Results have been GREAT!

I dont get the usual pain in the nipple area and overall it has been good so far. I used to do higher mg per week sometimes in the range of 600 to 800 but now 200mg is working great. Got to admit that I am not getting super huge like I used to but overall my body is in great shape and looks good without all the bloat, plus I can move really easy compared to before where I had all this weight to carry on me. My weight plus all of my Army Combat gear was just too much. I've been on this cycle for 4 weeks :D So far 12% bf from 18, looking to go down to 10 and I will be happy camper!

Most would say that my dosage is WAY TOOOOOO LOW but its working for me and it add the saying that more doesnt equal to better.

I'm not sure who "most" are but "most" sacrifice good sound nutrition and training for more of compound "XYZ". Many have never even had a blood panel taken during a course of low level anabolic use to verify what their plasma levels really are. If they did, they might understand they can up their food, training, and rest time which would yield great results. Its the one aspect of these boards thats horrible in my opinion. This one (pro muscle) is an exception, but for the most part you have guys telling newbies with barely any foundation built or knowledge of how to eat to build muscle taking 500mgs of test and some super toxic oral for their first cycle. Thats just insane. Use AAS as a tool not a crutch. You would be surprised how little really does work.

I see these cycles and the words "JUMP START" using orals for first timers!! I have used orals maybe twice in my cycling career. Not a big fan of them at all. Especially if you are doing your first cycle. I am a big fan of proper nutrition and as low a dose you can get away with. "JUMP START, KICK START" your way to health problems is all you will do with most orals.
 
great post! It's all about nutrition IMO and the "right" supplementation. I'm 40 and have gone up to 1250 mg test/week along w/ 500-600 deca/eq + other stuff and in the end all that seems to happen is that I'm slammed full of water. Yes I'm strong but when it's hard to bend over to tie my shoes, that's a problem.

Now I'm using 3iu GH, 45 mg winny (split morning and afternoon), 250 Sust and 200 Eq/week and am going to see where this takes me. Started this Jan 22nd after being off since Jr Nats in June and as of this morning am 10# heavier in about 10days. :)

...great thread! A big thumbs up for using low doses and looking great and feeling good vs. more, more, more and end up looking like a puffy water balloon. Oh yeah... and thumbs up for valuing your health over adding a quick 50 lbs on your bench press!

some will find that the results that THEY are looking for sometimes high doses are not needed at all for gains,.

Bump this I also agree low dose you usually look better in the long run and have a longer life in the bb arena.

totally agree with the low dosages, bump this to the top as well. Hard work, proper training and nutrition with a low dosage goes along way!
 
Great job! I might try 250mgs of Test every 5th or 7th day for my 1st cycle and see where it takes me.:)

If that is really your first cycle then you will be pleased, just be sure your PCT is in order and have all of it on hand!;)
 
you're 165lbs....low dosages should work
you've also been off for an extended period....low dosages should work
 
like I stated b4, low dosage is working great for me, proper diet along with cardio has helped me tremendoulsy. I have been critisize for taking a low dosage of test, some say it was not worth it or that I am wasting my money and time, well, I have to disagree with those that pointed their fingers with a no no!

For now this is the route that I will be taking no more high dosage cycles for me PERIOD! Plus I am not a professional bodybuilder just doing it to look in excellent shape and feel good about myself, not interested in how much I could lift but the technique involved in the lifting the the proper form. I see all these huge freaks at the gym lifting weights, yeah they look good but they tend to lift weight the wrong way, no proper form or technique.
 
i have noticed the same thing. i dropped everything and ran 250 sus and ate and trained myself back to the size i was at(with less bloat) on 750 test 600 eq. people need to be just as passionate about training and eating as they are cycling.

one thing that does help is igf-1 lr3. i love this stuff and it helps me eat more and slowly gain size. i have only run it a couple of times but it always breaks me through a plateau.

Thanks to all for all the positive response, goes to show that proper training, nutrition and a good sound workout/cardio routine will suffice to get your body where you need to be.

More is not better if you dont know how to train, eat and have a sound routine PERIOD! Some of these young guys come on these boards asking for help instead of picking up a book and educating themselves as to how to train, eat and do AAS.;)

Some fellas tend to give advise to newbies about doing XXX amount of this XXX amount of orals etc without even knowing their full background or age. Just wrong advise if you ask me. We should be more careful as to whom we give advise to without providing proper stats first, also, checking their post thread count says a lot about the member as well, basically putting it "safety" should be the first priority on EVERYONE list PERIOD!. No matter what because you dont know who is watching us.....:eek: :mad:

We are almost living in a Police State so be careful brothers and sisters! ;)

great to see people are listening to the vets. it works just as will and its a lot cheaper your gear last a lot longer. and you feel great
 
that's what i plan on doing my next cycle low doses, either 250 mgs test, 400mgs eq. or 400mgs test, 250mgs deca. not sure yet the only time i will up the doses is if i enter a meet.
