I know you don't even bother reading the test results. I don't blame you.The comments I get are almost never related to the blood draw……

I don’t get it. Why wouldn’t II know you don't even bother reading the test results. I don't blame you.
I don’t get it. Why wouldn’t I
I’m sorry sir, just had a napCuz you go for teh ladies only
Sry bump this but .. my brother from another mother !Other than if I’m using an intra my carbs are fruits, potatoes and fresh juice(if carbs get high enough).
LDL is 29 without any pharmacology at all??! How is that even possible?Bumping my own thread. There is a lot of good stuff in this thread that every member should read. Attaching my current lipids. No statins. Just living the lifestyle day to day.

Citrus bergamot 1000mg AM empty stomach and one week on cardarine 10 mg daily which I contribute to the additional drop. I’m also using 400mg injectable carnitine pre fasted cardio, but that’s never impacted it.LDL is 29 without any pharmacology at all??! How is that even possible?
That Lp(a) is great
How’s your diet? High in fiber?Citrus bergamot 1000mg AM empty stomach and one week on cardarine 10 mg daily which I contribute to the additional drop. I’m also using 400mg injectable carnitine pre fasted cardio, but that’s never impacted it.
I usually am around 40 for LDL with just diet and exercise. Mainly my food choices.
Higher now. Oats over COR, deep greens with each meal, fats are coming from olive oil (dark bottle) primarily and 15g from walnuts in my last meal. I’ve eliminated whole eggs and saturated fats from meat sources. Instead of beef I’ll use salmon for one meal. Cod, egg whites and 99% fat free chicken are my proteins. How’s your diet? High in fiber?

I honestly didn’t think I could keep getting it lower, but I was dead wrong and now see just how much the food choices really do play.
Now if I can find the magical trick to get HDL up while on gear.![]()
I haven’t been running an AI either as my E2 < 15 without one. I thought that along with the 6-8g of fish oil per day would bump it more, but no such luck.HDL is the kicker isn't it.
Mine was recently 28 on 350mg Test and 350mg EQ.
Low fat seems to the the way forward for obtaining good lipids. I'm similar with protein sources being, prawns, chicken, venison, whey. Very very low sat fat.

I don’t think I’d worry too much about that HDL when the LDL is only 29. I posted Grok 3’s AI response to the HDL question in another thread. Just doesn’t seem too concerning if LDL is low enough.I haven’t been running an AI either as my E2 < 15 without one. I know it’s debatable science, but if I can at least keep my LDL:HDL under 2:1 then I have more confidence in my health. Along with Lipo A, homocysteine and inflammatory markers being in the green of course.

I can't make it too well. From my interpretation it does appear your genotype is APOE2/2. I'm not familiar with that specific gene assay.View attachment 221506
I had not checked until you asked, but it doesn’t seem I have any active risk with that gene.View attachment 221509
I’m still trying to get educated on it all as well. Just out of curiosity, if one did have that variant outside of low LDL what would the risk be in terms of health?I can't make it too well. Without speaking in absolutes, there's quite a bit to unravel. Too much to list out tonight, a bit close to bedtime. There's a few common traits that are associated with this apolipoprotein variant. It appears you have both e2 copies, one from each parent. Unusually rare. The more common, you're (APOE2 carriers) at a lower risk of neurocognitive disorders, AD- dementia related. On the flip-side, aggressive metastasis of melanoma.I’m still trying to get educated on it all as well. Curious, what’s your fat intake? I’ve found that eating practically only trace fats with omega 3 supplementation keeps my ldl similarLDL is 29 without any pharmacology at all??! How is that even possible?
