Lower back pumps with around 40 to 60 mg of D-Bol tabs

Lower back pumps with around 40 mg or higher of D-Bol tabs , Any type of workout such as Chest, Back, Traps I get extremely painful back pumps in my lower back, I borderline want to throw up because I get so nauseous . Any ideas how to alleviate the pain or something to suppress the back pumps. I've heard things such as taking Taurine or doing back extensions to stretch out the muscles

only real solution is to stop taking the dbol

Take a few grams of taurine a day. Should help a bit. It doesn't take it completely away for me but makes it tolerable. Squats are brutal sometimes and I usually use the foam roller in between sets. Stay hydrated as well. By low back extensions I assume you mean laying on the floor and pushing your body up while keep hips on the ground? That helps. Keep your glutes and abs tight while doing it and you feel the stretch.

Thanks, Yes it feels better while you're doing the stretch but as soon as you stand back up the pressure is back . I'm going to try the Taurine

Maybe up your potassium and magnesium as well. I take these regardless but they should also help as well.
 
Taurine does nothing for me. Like slice said lower the dose or deal with it.

Just because it doesn't do anything for you doesn't mean that it doesn't help others. It's worth a shot. Then if it doesn't work then you have to deal with it.

Taurine seems to be parroted on the forums with very little to back up that it actually works.
 
That means the Dbol u bought is legit!
I can't seem to find any good Dbol anymore

When I did irrigation and was digging trenches on a hillside,I would get so tight in my lower back I would basically have to stop working. Yes I was juicing,maybe dbol,maybe not,but steroids make all muscles pumped and tight. You should see my jaw muscles after eating!!
 
Taurine definitely helps me. I find that doing a bit of an work when my lower back is really tight tends to help too. Training the antagonistic muscle

There are quite a few studies that can be found online but really it comes down to the individual. It's usually parroted by the ones it helps. It made a difference for me but didn't completely alleviate the problem. I'd rather deal with cramps no matter how big or small before dropping my dose.

it's literally just getting a pump in your lower back muscles. the only real solution that I can think of, is to just work out other muscles lol ;)

I get what you are saying. It was only a suggestion. Basically you have some saying it helps them and some saying it doesn't help them. It's not going to hurt him. All I'm saying is just because someone doesn't find any relief from it doesn't mean the next guy won't. I don't get bad low back pumps anyway. My forearms are a different story and damn nothing helps them except maybe changing my grip a bit. I think taurine is parroted more by those who have tried it mostly. It's not like DNP. You know the ones who have never tried it or know anything about it but want to tell you how bad it is?

Like I said I get what you guys are saying. The op will just have to try it himself and see if it works. If not then tough it out or drop it. Personally I'd deal with the pain before I dropped anything lol.

I just have him do a few reps of crunches to draw the blood elsewhere and it seems to reduce it.

It could be. Personally I get them on very wet compounds like deca and dbol when I hold a.lot of extra subcutaneous water. Soon as I switch to slitightly dryer NPP TREN or oxys I don't get them. Oxys would still be a wetter compound but I find its more intramuscular not subcutaneous.
 
Its kinda ghey but u can take one of those foam log rolly deals and lay on it with your lower back and do some rolly stuff to press the swelling out. Also a nice lower back crack helps me. Eat a banana every day.
