thanks bro, im about 255 in the pic, ive been holding steady at 263 for about a month now. not pushing my wt up, just took some time to let my body kinda level out and not diet year round nor trying to bulk. this is just where my body is now as long as i train hard and not eat junk.

I always liked the name Lucian. While i was wrestling i actually began the process of changing my name legally to Lucian. Its harder than i thought to do.
None the less, your son is gonna have a cool name!

i dont do a lot for them any more, but from the age of like 16 to 26 i did a lot of heavy bb shrugs and db shrugs. bb going up to 500lb and db as heavy as they had at the gym i was training at. like 120s.
