Ok, here's what my diet looks like (I remind you that I'm in a light cutting phase):

meal 1.2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 100g chicken breast, 30g whey, 70g oats, 4 whole grain slice bread (one is 10g carbs),100g banana,100g strawberries + 10iu humalog

training

intra 25g dextrose, 20g EAA, 10g glutamine, 10g creatine

meal 2. whey 75g, 150g creal, 600g strawberries + 12iu humalog
meal 3. 300g chicken breast, 100g rice
meal 4. 200g salmon, 100g chicken, 100g rice
meal 5. 300g chicken breast, 400g potatoes
meal 6. 300g Greek yogurt 0% fat, 40g whey, 30g almonds, 100g strawberries

Cardio I do 50 minutes on training days and 30 minutes on days off

At the beginning I would like to thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to test SYNTHEROL.

First, a few words about me:

Competing in bodybuilding since 2014 and compete each year. I managed to get several national titles, I participated in international competitions several times but without success. There is nothing to cheat - I do not have good genetics for bodybuilding, I always had weak arms due to the high 6'2 height. For this tendonis in both knees and elbows which strongly limits me in training but I still try and although I know that I will not be a good bodybuilder at least I want to be a so-called freak.
Before I started to do bodybuilding I did powerlifting, maybe some of them will be interested in my results so I will write, results from the competition (from training) all RAW

SQ - 595 (620)
BP - 500 (500x2 reps)
DL - 793

Now what is currently - at this moment I am sitting on 280 a little soft (i.e. the same as in the last competition, it is clearly not a stage shape, lol), 1-2 weeks of cutting and I start offseason. Now I have had a lighter period through this whole pandemic.
During this period I was on "crusa"
1.5g test and 800mg EQ

now I'm starting to build everything up, starting today
2g test week (cyp + prop)
600mg deca
500mg tren
200mg mast E

will come after finishing the anadrol cut and I will build up a dose of deca
GH 10-15iu china generic day
humalog before and after training 10-12iu + micro dosing during the day when calories will be high and blood sugar will be too high

SYNTHEROL:
I want to try to improve my arms. I have been in contact with high quality seo for the first time so I am very curious myself what the effect will be. The protocol I will use:

DAY 01-10 - 1ml per muscle head - 4 injections per day = 40ml
DAY 11-20 - 2ml per muscle head - 4 injections per day = 80ml
DAY 21-30 - 3ml per muscle head - 4 injections per day = 120ml

biceps and triceps

I will describe training and diet in the next post tomorrow, I will also try to document everything on a regular basis. I also attach some pictures of the arms. Tomorrow I will try to catch a good light in the gym and take pictures of the whole figure.

cycles during offseason are always the basics - high test + most often deca + often a small dose of train + periodically oral most often anadrol on this I built my structure. For this gh and insulin around treninogow all year round, when there is a lot of calories in addition to meals during the day humalog or lanthus in the morning

to be honest I tried many protocols of taking gh - from small doses given every 2h through dosing in the morning and evening, before and after training or 3x a day or also the whole dose before or after training. To sum up, I practically didn't notice the difference when it comes to fat loss or weight building, more like the whole daily dose counts here
 
great post.. I so wanna try a site injection for my arms.. so long and cant push them past a hard 18in :(

I feel really great, I've never had any excessive sides even on high doses only on higher doses of nandrolone lethargy and the "I don't want anything" mod goes on lol

Good little summary because we have basically the first 10 days of syntherol, I measured the arms and was surprised myself because the measuring cup showed almost 2cm more and it does not look unnatural at all, and this is only the first 10 days, from tomorrow I start 2cm in each head

from 52 to almost 54cm, I did a short video

and something from today's 260kg dead lifts training that I did for the first time in almost a year - it starts to return to weights, soon 300kg for repetitions will fly
 
Wow. This is a great thread. Love seeing a person's approach and style that they use when living the bodybuilding lifestyle. It's awesome that you are honest , open and detailed with everything you do and say. Alot of people never really tell you what they actually do. Love seeing a larger guy living the life. I really feel this is one of the things people don't get. Tolerance to sides, particularly with high doses, is a key component in why some guys can keep pushing things and continue getting bigger and having great results with little to no health issues.

It's similar to how rockstars like Keith Richards, Ozzy Ozbourne, etc., lived through decades of hard partying, drinking, and recreational drug abuse with little to no health issues. Some people are just born more genetically resilient than others.
 
So somewhere between 3.5 to 4% gain in 10 days. That's more than I figured you'd put on that fast. When I used it, I only did biceps. You're doing triceps as well? Is someone helping you do triceps? Thats got to be hard to do your own.

so that definitely more than I expected and so I shoot triceps, horse's head and long head and I do it myself - I can do it: D in total since I remember I do injections aas into triceps so it's not a problem for me

Triceps are one that i never tried. Used to do many other areas though. You have a nice thread here.
 
Great thread and great videos. It's very common to gain size early on even with the smaller injections. Although I am sure once you start increasing the volume the size will really start showing. Yes tri-ceps are easy to do for me as well. When doing the long or medial head it's best to look into a mirror as you inject. I have never had 1 issue injecting my arms with syntherol. Well apart from when I was experimenting with placement and done 1 shot too low in the bi-cep but the swelling went away in a few days. I like to experiment just so I know but I am sure you will find during this cycle that injecting syntherol is very easy. You are making me want to start an arm cycle as well :)
