Lump on lower back WTF

Hey guys yesterday I felt I had a big knot on my lower back kinda hurt nothing too bad tho I went train got home asked my fiancé to come see m feel this when she said omg I don't have too I see it I went look in the mirror abd I there is a knot on my lower back by my spine the size of a damn baseball I woke up this morning and I can hardly walk??? Any ideas in 2 weeks out from a show here i dunno WTF to do

What were you doing that could have caused this? Did you inject anything in that general area recently? What did you train last? What kind of pain is it causing?

St tren and oil base winstrol but I went in my glutes this is middle lower back slightly right to my spine kinda far from where I go in my glutes... Did back Tuesday and dead lifted did legs yesterday and squated but I felt it bf I trained yesterday.... It's a constant throbbing pain that seriously just fucking hurts

My brother has experienced an issue twice now where he injected his glutes and a day or two later ended up with nasty swelling near his tailbone, rendering him barely able to sit or even walk. That's why I asked. Both times it cleared up on it's own in a week or so. That being said, you did just train back and legs and either workout could have strained something. I'd get to a doctor, especially seeing how close to a comp you are. I would hate to see you ruin months of contest prep because of this. Good luck.

I remember seeing something like that on the competitor in one of national qualifier events. when he hit that christmas tree shot before transitioning to rear lat spread, there'll be there two big bumps right where kidneys would be, about size of tennisball but flatter. my guess is sometimes inj swelling migrates.

I had the same exact problem from test e a few weeks ago, glute injection and 2 days later a baseball sized lump on my lower spine area. I used heat pads and soaked in epsom salt and it went away in a few days. I threw that test in the trash.

Get it checked out. It could be anything.

St got back from thr dr it's a badly torn ligament so yeah that's enough to take me out this year I'll rest and heal n be bigger and better next year if all goes well
