day 2.
feeling a little bit more myself. ive been dealing with sickness in the house so ive been dragging a little.
Nothing to do with the sd.
arms/ shoulders went pretty well overall. first week i like to not totally kill myself especially with sd. routine was kinda fast supersets and dropsets. i hit three body parts. this will change also. i will drop down to 2 or even 1 body part on arms on occasion.
I performed 1 exercise right after the other, take a 1minute break and perform 2nd set and so on.
shoulder press 12, 12, 12
standing one arm curls 12, 10,10
tricep push downs 15, 12,12
upright rows 12,12,10
supination curls 3 x 12
dips (body weight feet on chair) 3x 25
alt/one arm shoulder press 12, 10, 8
preacher curl 15, 12, 10
tricep kickbacks 12,10,10
triceps began cramping bad.
reverse curls 12,12,9
OH tricep ext 15, 14, 11
left arm wanted to lock out after the set. cramped up bad.
massaged it and drank 16 oz gatorade.
wrist curls/ reverse wrist curls
25/15 25/14 23/13
standing wrist curls (arms down behind your back palms facing outward)
3 sets 25,20, 20
forearms feeling swole. can tell i havent really pushed myself in quite a while from the sudden fatigue. this will fade . hopefully next week this wont happen anymore.
had some extreme focus and kinda alpha feeling. i dont remember getting this so soon. legs are a little stiff today after stretching they seem g2g. actually feel semi pumped.
will up my taurine to from 3 to 5gr tomorrow. also, gotta get some more bcaas/eaas container was about empty when i went to use it.
