Just wanted to say hello to all my friends here at ProMuscle! I had to take a little break from things and sort out my personal life, but I'm back now with my family here and looking forward to catching up with all my friends.
I really just wanted to say "hello" to you all in this thread, but for those that are interested I will sort of give you an update in the counseling section where I hope to make a contribution of some sort if I can. As many of you know, I've struggled quite a bit in my personal life this past year but with help have been able to really make some wonderful strides and am looking forward to sharing that with my friends here at ProMuscle.


p.s. I've decided to ditch the screenname "LittleMack" and replace it with something that is a little more me... "Mackster"
