Im so confused man.
In my encyclopedia of nutrition it state:
Essential nutrients(Must eat)= 1. Protein(EAA)
2.Fat(omega 3 and Omega 6)
3.Vitamins and minerals
4.Water
You must eat those foods everyday otherwise you will develop problems.
But i talk with 2 trainers:
1 said to not eat meat and whole eggs, because of the saturated fat and cholesterol. He said You get all your fat source from Plants(Avocado,Coconut oil, Olives and olive oil). Not from meat and eggs.
He said to eat Protein that has no fat and cholesterol in it= Eggwhites,Whey isolate,Tuna,Chicken breast. But he said you need to mix this with fat from Plant sources and you eat fruits and vegetables in illimited quantities.
The other said: Eat whole eggs, Beef, Salmon, You need the fats from meat source and cholesterol. and eat fruits and vegetables in illimited quantities.
It confused me, The trainer 1 kinda make sense. But im not sure.
