Magnesium Taurate

Is taking Magnesium Citrate along side Taurine .. comparable to ... taking Magnesium Taurate

Never heard of magnesium taurine but my doctor told me to take magnesium citrate for my arthritis it definitely helps.

Did doctor explain why citrate than other types of magnesium?

I prefer mag glycinate. It's one of my daily staples.

I used to take mag taurate for heart palpitations that would last for days. Within hours it would stop. Haven't had to take it in years, but like to have some on hand in case.

Magnesium Taurate is the type recommended for the heart and that’s precisely why I’m asking that question in the initial post.

If it matters, this is the only brand I ever used because it worked. Seems to be of good quality and not overly expensive.
