High good, pharme grade HGH amounts, 10iu+ a day
Good tren/winny/primo/mast combo, no to low test
Strict old school moderate protein moderate-low carb no fat diet during whole prep (no cheats, only clean carb ups)
High volume training

Put him on 10iu chinese hgh, ug labs tren winny primo test (labeled as tren winny primo test, but only supplier knows whats in it 100%), megahigh protein low carb higher fat diet and low volume training "because afraid of overtraining" and few hours of cardio a day and he would have the same condition as average guy onstage

Not worry about a number. This guy is in the 165 weight class at 40 years old - he could have competed a lot heavier but he got down to 165 and he was the best at the European Amateurs. He was the BEST. There are plenty in his country that don't look great, it's silly to assume that everyone in such and such country looks great. Some look good, some don't. The pics you see are the winners.
There are plenty of guys in the US that get shredded too.

Although I appreciate there are people in the US and UK that get shredded this look is never seen IMO. That top 3 shot there a have a sliced and hard look that is hardly ever seen here or the US unless I'm looking in the wrong places.

I know you usually post Pictures of guys in this condition. Rarely if any are from the US or UK. Do you think that level plus the extra size required for us is even harder to achieve.

Out of interest and I may have just picked a bad example are u saying guy looks in as good condition as the top 3 in the pic you posted ?
