Main, with your current diet and training..how often do you throw in something different to keep from hitting a plateau?..and what would you do to get past them?

Im going to be honest. Except for getting ready for 1 contest, I have actually never given carb cycling a legitimate try in the offseason. I hooked up with Justin a long time ago....but for some reason it just made things difficult in the offseason to always cycle my carbs and have things ready the following day....always changing.
I was actually looking through Justin's old program today and serioulsy contemplating giving it an honest try this time.

Wish I could have stayed n read more! Main, define over training for the peeps. I think far too many limit progress by doing too much for too long.
