Making cooked ew taste good

What do you guys add to cooked egg whites to make them taste good? This is my pre workout meal so don't want to really add fat. U used to add 15 pickle slices and 6 oz mushrooms but getting sick of that omelette.

Greek yogurt, stevia, fruit, rice cakes crumbled, syrup, frozen fruit? I tried bbq sauce was gross. Maybe even jelly?
 
Call me crazy, swap out the egg whites? :)

SF syrup, cinnamon, stevia/sucralose
 
I've been looking everywhere for fat free cheese seems like most grocery stores don't carry it :(
Fat is your friend.

Google fat free cheddar. It is easily procurable. Hell, even Amazon has it. Don’t know how it tastes as fat carries the flavor.
 
if u dont like it maybe dont eat it? there r a million other things u could eat pre....
i remember asking milos sarcev what i should eat for breakfast. he said "what do you like to eat?" lightbulb moment for me lol
 
G Hughes BBQ sauce has been my go to for a few years. Not a big BBQ guy but the two go together so well.
 
umm the same way you would eat whole eggs, lol. Hot sauce, ketchup, salsa, whatever the hell you want ha, what do you put on your meat and rice? Put that on eggs too?
 
Depending on what macros you are trying to reach you could add a little salsa and on a wrap with a little Crispy turkey bacon chopped in there.
With some BBQ sauce if more carbs are needed

Personally I just add a little crystal light and drink them , when I wanna mix something with carbs for a pre-work meal I use whey and cream of rice with a little dark chocolate. Make for a nice small easy to digest meal.
 
Assuming they are the pasteurized ones, just drink them with some Hershey's sugar free chocolate sauce.
 
I use nutritional yeast on my eggs every morning. Not the most flavorful but definitely better then plain.

 
I often make mine like a crepe. Add a little cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. A little protein powder. Top with some sugar free maple syrup. If carbs are in your meal, use exekiel bread and dip it, making French toast
 
I do salsa with my eggs but I can't stomach whites alone. I don't know what it is about them, also messes my digestion up.

My pre workout for a while was COR with egg whites. I would cook the COR to about 90% done, then dump the egg whites in there and stir until thick. Add 1/2 scoop protein for flavour with 1-2 splenda and cinnamon. Tastes like a treat.
 
I sauté fresh spinach then add the whites.
Then some reduced fat cheese and change it up by using different hot sauces and salsas
