[The Myth]

I had an interesting thought yesterday while drinking a glass of Lemonade Hawaiin Punch and staring at the ingredients of my NO-xplode. This stuff gives me a kick, but at 40.00 a pop, 2x a month (hmmm... a few bottles test). Anyway, I was thinking if we can get a thread going where every one would chime in on an additional ingredient. We would eventually come up with a cocktail that comes close to emulating the effects of most NO2 drinks. I am tired of paying that amount of money for these powders.

You'd be set with Bulk Cee, your favorite form of Arginine, some glutamine and caffeine/taurine to be honest. Seems like Pre-workout supps. have a lot of stuff you don't really need. I'd even drop the caffeine but that's just me.

Thanks for the imput, that sounds good. I figured with Hawaiin Punch as the base, the CEE, Taurine, Arginine, etc. would definitely be some of the additives. $40 a pop is just too much to pay for something that can be created on our own.

Yeah I made my own pre-workout all-in-one drink with those exact things in it a while back and mixed it with crystal lite powder. Just search the web for good bulk prices. PM me if you need a few good sites.
