Managed Funds with minimal entry deposit...

Are there any managed funds that have no or a very low entry deposit in Australia? ING used to have 2 Funds with no minimal deposit to open but they discountinued them. Now ING only has a savings program.

Also, where does one go to learn how to trade online ? I looked at E trade and found it confusing.
