I think I saw below, two threads you created that were deleted. Not sure what they were about, but if you havent noticed we had some discussions lately about race that got rather heated and the mods are trying to aviod circumstances that might increase the chances of that happening again. You know, I think I'm gonna have to give the net up. I can't even remember what the subject matter was. I hope it wasn't racist. I know I'm not one. Know this tho, I'm not upset that they were deleted for the reason you have mentioned, just the fact I can't recall it! If they were suspect, I sincerely apologize to all concerned. I'm more worried about my mind. Thanks for clarifying bro!

Thanks JT! I do remember the racist dilemma, and I think I'm guilty of posting in one of those threads. BUT, my intentions were purely righteous. When that mess started, I felt hurt to the bone, felt like I was a closet racist, knowing good and well I love all people, or rather try too. Just like food bro, there isn't much I wont eat, ask my wife *LOL*. Anyway, I th ink the medicine I take is affecting my mind. Quiet embarrassing to say the least.

they were deleted probably because they weren't remotely related to anything like bodybuilding, training, diet, nutrition, supplementation, etc.

i recall one of them was about someone being detained because he had arabic flash cards
