As per my diet and my throat it has changed my eating habits.
Here is the typical day of the badguy’s big bad off-season diet:
3 Cost-Co tuna albacore cans with lite miracle whip
12-15 egg omelette
2 chicken breasts or 4 McDoubles without bread
3 bowls of oatmeal with 20 blueberries
2 blueberry muffins
4 muscle milk shakes with water
Little Caesers Pizza every other night
3 Hot Teas
2.5 Gallons water

Remember takes me 45 min to an hour to eat and swallow…BUT I’M ALIVE!!

For those into egg nog y'all need to try Pennsylvania Dutch Egg Nog. It's egg nog with rum, brandy, and whisky. I have maybe 10 drinks total in a year but I always get a bottle of Pennsylvania Dutch around Christmas.
