yeah -- if you're interested in bodybuilding music .....for gym music or music for fitness in general, I recommend European dance music.......

it's always the best motivational tool for me...

I'm bi-polar, have been on olanzapine for a while now and have been fairly stable. The medication makes me feel uninspired and unmotivated, fortunately sleep has been well due to the fact I'm also taking ambien and clonazapam.

Hopefully it's water weight you lost, the only advice I can really give that has helped me is it all starts with words the words you think and say in your head:

Words turn into what you say what you say into action and in the end it becomes your habit. Keep positive you'll get through it. I've done the same thing training then stopping and having periods where everything was just dark but I've finally got over this with a dr+medication+keeping positive+a firm goal. Just keep on keepin on bro.

do you think i shrank as much as i think i did in just 10 days or do you think it's just in all in my head? plus, when working out 5 days a week your muscles are swelled up with blood right so maybe the fact that i went 10 days and my mucles aren't filled with blood just makes me appear smaller

i've also lost 10 punds of muscle in 10 days due to an arm injury . It's no big deal , it'll come back quickly when you get your diet and workouts back in line . At least you don't have to recover from bicep re-attachment surgery like I do . I wish you all the best my friend .
