massage and SEO

I was wondering if one of those electric massagers from wal-mart would work for massaging the area after a SEO shot. Any thoughts on this because holy crap your hands start to hurt when you have to massgae for so long. Thanks

Most health food stores, a fitness equipment places you can find a ball roller. It fits in your hand, and has a ball that just rolls over the site. Much easier then using your thumbs to need into the muscle. Costs about $5.

Get a reflex hammer and use the opposite end; works great.
