Hi. Is there anyone in here, who used to compete, who was huge in size, and who still is enormous, at 40 or above?

It would be fantastic to see your pics of how you look now, not posing, but in street clothes.

It seems to me that bodybuilders over 40 have started coming into their own.

I'm 52 and bigger than I have ever been. Not that I am huge, but I have been making better gains in the last two years than ever before. There are plenty of huge guys over 40. Forty is not old!

Oh my god I just realized it. MY biggest appology to BigHeinz. It seemed
so outa charactor for him to say what I thought was a resonce to my
statement. I always thought of him being an all around good guy.
I was in shock and confused. Big A thanks for clearing that up. I'm sure

Not that anyone cares but I have deleted my pictures because of
