Wednesday PM--ME Bench
*RH--3 sets of 15
*Reverse band blues 485x1 (PR)
*Mendelson rows 4 sets of 20
*Band extensions supsered with plate raises 3 sets
*Sled--triceps and curls 4 trips
Staying away from heavy tri work as my shoulder and elbow are giving me all kind of problems.
