what's your height and weight again? age? do you train your press another day of the week? if so, what do you do? any overhead pressing?

I'm 5'11'' 308 lbs and 33 years old. been powerlifting for about 2 years now.
I do train bench twice a week one day raw/ speed the day shirt/ME , I really don't do alot of shoulder presses. I have a bad shoulder. I rotate my shoulder work just like bench exercise, so I get to do them once in a while. I don't go real heavy though , I do more reps.
