MEAL PLANNING

H

HAZMAT

Guest
I have geared up my stash and need a grocery list in order to cycle with. last time I bulked to fast and got stretch marks and alot of body fat (FAST-FOOD)I went from 195 to 228 over three months. If any of you have suggestions on a leaner diet it would be appreciated. Thanks

HAZMAT

Hey HAZMAT, cool handle.
What did the diet look like last time?

My personal favorites-
93% lean ground sirloin
Lean ground turkey
chicken breasts
eggs (both whole and egg whites)
oatmeal
brown rice
potatos
salmon
steak (tenderloin)
natural peanut butter
mixed nuts
Udo's oil

I try to eat those in the off season with some type of frequency. Get a rice cooker and go to town. In my opinion the power of whole foods can't be put on the back burner. I try to bump up my fats a little in the off season and eat every 3 hours or so.

80% ground beef
sirloin steak
tuna
breaded baked chicken patties
pasta
rice
beans
fruit of choice
Iced tea and/or crystal light
cereal (low sugar) w/soy milk
low sugar yougart
raisin bread
eggs
flax oil
protein/MRP powders

Mike S,

Are you referring to the 80% ground chuck that is 23 grams of fat and 20 grams of protein per 4oz. ?

What breaded baked chicken patties are you refering to?

This is what I found the other day in the grocery store:

Tyson Chicken Breast Fillets. Fritters w/ rib meat. Quick n' easy

Servings per container 6
This is the breakdown for 1 piece:

Fat 9g
Sat. 1.5

Sodium 680mg

Carbs 20g

Protein 19

I figured if I eat two that is 18g fat, 40 carbs, 38 protein grams.

Just bake in the oven. I got them for $7.99 a bag

Then there is Fast Fixin'

Restaurant Style Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders, Fully Cooked

Serving size is 2oz
Servings per container is 10, but you need to weight them, some are larger then others.

Calories 100

Fat 3g
sat. .5

Carbs 7

Protein 10

So if you eat 4 you just got yourself 40grams of protein and 12 grams of fat, 28 grams of carbs.

You can microwave them 1-3 minutes or heat them up at 400 for 10-15 minutes.

GROCERY LIST

Thank you for all of your help.

KNUCKLEHEAD: I would eat Mcdonalds for breakfast and three subway footlong's through-out the day and then Mcdonalds for dinner again after workout and Sci-Fit weight gainer with every meal.

VANILLA GORILLA: Thanks for the info on the tyson picking some up today.

MIKE S, AWN2004: Thanks for the list I will buy alot of those items from Costco. I eat so much on D-Bol it gets realy exspensive I'm sure you all know what I mean.

Thanks for your time!

My staples, most of which can be found at Costco for cheap:

Costco's 6.5 lb sacks of frozen chicken breast (25g protein per breast)
Costco's 60 can boxes of tuna (32g protein per can)
Costco's 4 lb sacks of mixed frozen berries (15g carbs per cup)
80% lean ground beef from local grocery (no clue what the nutritional value is)
Salmon from local grocery (no clue what the nutritional value is)
Trader Joe's pint containers of pasteurized egg whites (50g protein per pint)
Oatmeal (27g carbs per cup)
Rice (of course, I'm asian) (Not sure of the nutritional value)
Yams, yams, yams (~25g carbs per yam)
Flax oil (14g fat per tblspoon)
Protein and carb powders

SAMS CLUB!!

Im a fan of Sam's Club because of their policy on their meats. They have a 200% money back policy on their meat products. If for some reason YOU burn it....as in you mess up and it just does not taste the way you want it, take it back and they will replace it at no charge or give you 200% what you paid. Thats some serious customer service and Ive never had to do that but its allways nice to know. I had one of the guys at the counter tell me to do that if I was not 100% satisfied. Also they have frozen salmon filets without the all the bad shit added for about 10 bucks a bag and the Tyson all natural boneless skinless chicken breasts. Pre-contest I save a boat load by shopping there and in the off-season I can get out of that place without feeling like I spent my whole check on food.
