Medical advice

I don't know if there are doctors on here or if anyone knows the answer but I thought this to be the best place to put this.

A friend of mine has been training for about 3 years and he knows that I run AAS and HGH. He is about 41 or 42 years old.

The problem is he is HIV positive and has Hepatitis C, both supposedly under control.

He came to me for advice on a cycle and I really had no idea what to say.

Considering he has Hepatitis won't running AAS mess his liver even more?
And what effect can they have on HIV?

Apparently he is healthy, was diagnosed over 10 years ago and suffers no consequence from either but I don't have the experience to advise him. He doesn't want to talk to his doctor about it either.

Any feedback is welcome.

Whether he wants to talk to his Dr about it or not he needs to. Thats that. I dont think there is a single soul here that has seen that particular scenario before.

What kind of cycle does he have in mind?

i think it would be unwise to give this individual any advice other than to see a specialist in managing HIV. There has been many MDS over the last 15+ years that have experience in this area. I would leave it to the professionals.

I have to echo what the others here are saying. Unless There is a qualified practicing doctor to give advice I would not listen to anyone from here. No disrespect to our very knowledgeable members but no one here is qualified to give this kind of advice. He really needs to consult his Doctor!!

i believe anadrol was prescribed to aids patients and people with anemia, but im not a doctor so i couldnt tell you how it would affect him.

Wht are his reasons to want AAS and GH? To help with the muscle wasting, or to get big? If so is he close to maxing out naturally?

He should consult his physician. Testosterone has shown to have a very positive effect in HIV/AIDS patients. It increases appetite, and decreases the likely hood of cachexia. However, his physician should monitor him because of his condition regardless if he is asymptomatic or not.

He hasn't referred any kind of cycle yet - he basically wanted me to lay out a cycle for him and I have no experience with this.

I have been googling this and it looks like Test and Deca are given to HIV patients with great results and from what I gather he should stay away from all orals because of the hepatitis.

I told him to speak to his doctor and it seems that is out completely and sooner or later he is going to cycle something. He doesn't speak english so he doesn't come onto these boards and doesn't know where to get decent info from.

Stay clear of any advice on this one. Even though oxandrolone, deca, and others are used in HIV patients the hep C on top really scares me away. If anything ever happens they are gonna try and find someone to blame. At 41 there are plenty of HRT clinics that would help him out and monitor his blood on a regular basis.

Dr. consult for sure. A lot of AAS have been prescribed for Aids patients but those are in wasting situations and your friend sounds otherwise healthy. The Hep-C factor makes it a losing proposition to me.

This is what I was thinking. Doctors may prescripe test and HGH if he has muscle wasting from HIV. Pretty sure they wouldn't give him orals because of the hepatitis maybe nothing. I wouldn't advise other than to consult doctor.

Aids patients and HIV patients will get GH prescibe to them from a legit Doctor. Most insurances cover it.
