In a food processor:

Cilantro
Garlic
Lime juice
Black Pepper
Dried Chile pepper (the kind you buy in the vegetable section that come in a clear plastic bag. The whole chile) take the stem and seeds out
Oregano

Set oven to 375*

Clean Split Chicken Breast and take the skin off. Smear mix on top and tent with tin foil for 45 minutes. Take tin foil off and let brown in oven.
 
Cilantro is the leaves of the Coriander plant and also known as Chinese Parsley.
