mg's powdered muscle vs. lba/gatorade

gotta go with gatorade/lba.

powdered muscle is to chaulky for me and didnt care for the flavor. was alittle to much for my stomach during training. lba/gatorade is much thinner and lighter.

I've tried the LBA and gatorade (powdered gatorade) but prefer the Anatrop and waxy maize route with a little sea salt tossed in.

Haven't had a chance to try mg's formula yet.

What flavor LBA, and what flavor gatorade? And whats the reason for this? Can you explain?
