245 lbs at showtime
calipered bf at 3.9 (think it was closer to 5% IMO)
I think my arms were somewhere between 19.5"
Quads were around 30" last time I checked before the show.
Everybody at the show was commenting on my vasularity. The veins were even blasting out on my back! lol.
Been training for about 13 years With just a few layoffs no longer than 2-3 months.
Still around, only getting to stop in the board every couple weeks to try and stay updated on things with everyone here.. Since my wife and I had my daughter I haven't been training much or getting on the boards. It's actually been over 18 months since I've even worked out in the gym. lol. So sad since my daughter will be 2yrs old soon.
BUT.... Not for long! I had a new garage built that I've been spending time working on that will have it's own dedicated gym, tanning bed, and cardio equipment. I've been buying up different pieces of equipment (used so I get GREAT deals on!) that I thought would be best for me. I think I have just about all the equipment that I need for now. After I get it all set up, I'll probably be changing some equipment depending on how well I like it and such. Just the other day I bought some weight plates at a state university auction that was upgrading their rec center. I ended up getting over 2700lbs of plates for about 10cents a lb! That brings my total free weight plates up to a bit over 4000 lbs. Hehe. I think that should be enough.
I still have quite a bit of work to do inside before I can actually start working out in it, but I should have it done some time around December.
Since both me and my wife have done personal training, it will be nice to have it right there close to the house, but in a different building.
I'll be competing again once I get about a yr of training back under my belt. I think I'll be much better this time since my wt has held to 245-250lbs despite not lifting a wt for over 18 months. lol. Body shape has stayed relatively good too.
Thanks for the interest and comments guys, I'll be back and active again on the board in not too long...
