well im confused on how i may have done this >? simply disagreeing with a Mod meens im bashing or flamming? opinions will always differ what makes mine different.

Vander_V and I have kissed and made up Let's not make this a big issue.

I have kids that are older than most of you here and even grandkids. When Vander said the following I took that to mean that I promoted use (of something HE did not feel is right) AFTER I STATED THAT I BELIEVED FULLYBUILT (or anyone of that age)SHOULDN'T BE TAKING IT.

YEAH REALLY GOES TO SHOW WHY EXEL IS A MOD RIGHT DRGOODBODY ,,, AIDING A YOUNG BROTHER TO THE USE SYNTHOL REAL SMART ? I HOPE YOUR KIDDING DRGB.

Vander: You know what I said in the PM - keep providing us advice. Like I said and Mike is just reiterating for everyone - when you're against something that's posted, just state your opinion in a manner that's not offensive (like talking down to the person - at least in an obvious way).

Let's not make this a pissing match. If anyone doesn't know what we're talking about, read my post (all of it) on second page of http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=7235&pagenumber=2 before you say anything.

I dont agree with everyone here too, and I challenge anyone when I think what there saying is nonsense. You should be allowed to voice opinions without being called a basher, but its more one how you present as to how a person takes it. Some people have the almighty attitude like they know everything when its clear these people dont (nobody in particular) Xcel is a good person so is LATS and the other mods too. I think you should PM MikeS if you have a problem with him, if he dont just delete it.

Exel you are a great Mod with plenty of knowledge to share but we cant agree on all matters equally , thats part of debating , If I bashed or flammed you im sorry for that and like I said I will only offer advice in a constructive way , its just some things raise my blood pressure and I cant seem to help but jumping in and giving my 2cents . pEACE

Im glad you guys have cleared all up and no hard feelings here either, and I hope none are coming my way either.
