well recent a buddy of mine mention to me how bad miracle whip is. Some ingrediant in there thats really bad for you that just sits in there. i was curious to know if it will affect me to put a tbl spoon of it in with my tuna every once and while since tuna does get sick after a few cans a day. and if its is bad what should i try mixing with it?

Hot picante sauce, chopped onions, black beans, and tuna. Roll up in a whole wheat tortilla and eat. Good stuff.

I tried two cans of tuna and 1.5 cups of OJ yesterday, man.......... the taste wasn't terrible but the consistancy of it was horrid

High fructous corn syrup, thaxium gum... probably. Spelling is off but you get the point.... mustard is strong in flavor and fits in diets well.
