TUDCA/UDCA is widely regarded on this board (and in the general AAS community) as the best liver support on cyle; may still be better to take it when it's needed (on heavy orals cycles), and in reasonable doses.
This UDCA study I came across earlier may offer hints at why it might be preferable for AAS users, including memebrs here on this board, to take it easy on the TUDCA/UDCA, and to not pop those pills like candy just simply because they're on any cycle involving orals, UDCA and its Taurine conjugate form might not be as safe as it was once assumed to be around the AAS users community, tread carefully:
STUDY:
Molecular mechanisms of ursodeoxycholic acid toxicity & side effects: ursodeoxycholic acid freezes regeneration & induces hibernation mode
"UDCA toxicity is related to its interference with drug detoxification, being hydrophilic and anti-apoptotic, has a long half-life, has transcriptional mutational abilities, down-regulates cellular functions, has a very narrow difference between the recommended (13 mg/kg/day) and toxic dose (28 mg/kg/day), and it typically transforms into lithocholic acid that induces DNA strand breakage, it is uniquely co-mutagenic, and promotes cell transformation. UDCA beyond PBC is unjustified."
Thoughts on this?
Thanks.
