Well i hope everyone had a good holiday!!!! its been a few mths since i had the drive to lift and its starting to show my weight has dropped to 193 from 203lbs. and i feel like shit and i have a major spare tire is there any free advice out there that might get the engbulldog back into bulldog form???? please note i had my left knee scoped over the summer and since then all ive been doing is feeling sorry for myself .. I orderd the big beyond belief e book and have read the thing but it dont make sense to me !!! any help there??? like is it 1 exercise like flat bench for 10-12 reps then go to back or what it really doesnt spell it out for ya ... and yes i gave up my old workout plan because my results sucked PLEASE HELP ME and i just found out me and the wife are gonna have a kid so i dont want to let my child see me as a fat ass wanna be bodybuilder
