Same, one in the morning, sometomes one later in the day. It's one of them things that if I run out I wont panic and pay for next day delivery but it's nice to have

I dont spend a ton on it, I just take about 1-1.5g/day of Vitacost brand GTE right now. Just make sure you're buying an extract standardized to 98% polyphenols and 45-50% EGCG. Otherwise, its mostly brand preference.

I take 2 caps of this 20 to 30 min before a meal 3 times a day. Wonder if that is an efficient dose of green tea.

I set no green tea in that, just green coffee bean. I might be an idiot and missing it though haha

Fuck. Lol that's a good point. Well I know the main chemical in the bean that's responsible for the fat loss is chlorogenic acid. Ok so annoying I always thought this was the green tea stuff lol.

I wonder about taking the 2 together.

i came across this the other day. also a lot of green tea extract comes from china which is very polluted. if you do take it id suggest organic and not from china.
