I currently have 100ml of LBA's (vanillia = awesome) devoted to my workout, at present i split this up so i drink half during the workout and half afterwards with about 50g + of waxy maize starch. This leaves me with 50ml left per day to take when waking up and during the night. On non-workout days i spread them out more evenly.
My question is would i be better served having all my LBA's in my post workout shake, keeping how it is, or having most during my workout? Maybe some other system?
Whilst i would like to take more, i can't afford (especially with customs right up my arse atm) to at present.
Opinions and ideas would be much appreciated.
