Morning guys - through even basic dieting have started to drink Natural Green Tea and it defenetly makes a a difference through the day , and even in weightloss.

Is rumour true that Caffeine slows down the metobolic rate? So instead of Coffee or Tea is there anything else you guys prefer?

That rumor isn't true, cafferine would do the exact opposite for you.
for me it's meal 1 with a black cofee, then e&c, and water or protein shakes only throughout the day

Thanks man , a trainer i was talking to on the weekend mentioned a form of Barley drink that you mix with water. It's almost like a coffee substitute - he gave me a bit to try so I'm gonna give it a shot and see if i like the taste.

coffee is like a stimulant. I notice once my wife gets 10 cups of coffee in her, she flies around this house.

I wonder if I could save money and just tune up her broom to fly around on and take the coffee away
