yep,sounds like it. I know with me if I didnt try to do something about the twitching it would last for hours. Fairly annoying eh. Worst of all is cramping, if it gets worse this can happen.

Stimulants like caffeine can expedite an electrolyte imbalance. Diuretics certainly cause the same imbalance. Potatoes and bananas are great sources of potassium. If you live in the U.S. then your diet probably has plenty of sodium, but if you are intentionally keeping your sodium low this may be part of the problem.
