Musclemayhem says that Dexter Jackson admitted to hospital for kidney failure!!!!!!

This is what I just read on musclemayhem, posted by Knova, Dexter's website webmaster.

"I just spoke to Dexter's wife on the phone, and he told me that he has just been hospitalised because of kidney failure. Apparently he had been urinating blood since the Mr Olympia contest, and he has been perpetually thirsty. He went to the doctors for a check-up 4 days ago, and they confirmed that it was kidney failure, and Dexter will need a kidney transplant. It would appear that Dexter has fallen foul of the same fate as Flex Wheeler and his competitive days are now over for good. Dexter's website has confirmed the tragic news. Please send your love and support to Dexter and his family during this difficult time."

A Tragic Loss

I, for one, am deeply saddened at the all too short career of someone who had such a great physique and who was continuining to take it to even greater levels with each passing year.

Is this the choice the pros are being forced to make...to either not be competitive or else to be forced to walk a razor thin line between success and serious health problems?

Is there not another way?

Why would someone even joke about this?

I say someone give his ass to an online hacker.

Although it does make me think about juicing consequences when i see posts like this. Im assuming you would need to be on VERY large doses and to never come off of them? Kidney and liver failure would be scary as hell.
