Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for making this board great.
I don't post on any other boards so maybe i am biased but i love PRO MUSCLE!:headbang:

I have made some great friends here and hope i have been helpful to some of you. never hesitate to pm me for any help or advice. i get behind in my PM's sometimes but will always get to them eventually!
