Diet 11 weeks long…
Meal 1- 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
Meal 2- 8oz chicken or 8oz eye of round with 1/2 cup raw almonds
Meal 3- 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter
Meal 4- 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Meal 5- 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6- 6 whole eggs
Carb loading: 1 large crap meal once every 3 weeks or so.
Training:
One weight training session per day (5 days per week; take 2 days off)
Monday---Legs
Tues---Chest
Wed---Back
Thurs---Shoulders
Friday---Arms
Cardio:
Cardio is either first thing in the morning on an empty stomach OR immediately after weight training. CARDIO should be performed at a low intensity (under 120bpm heart rate
Last week out specifics….
Training: quit training Tuesday.
Water: Keep water intake high till about Thursday afternoon. Slowly lower intake. Friday cut all water at about noon. Dyazide taken Friday @ noon and at 10pm. Saturday morning take another.
Shit load: My plan is to run a 2 day shitload rather then a 3 day carb load. My last show I spilled over horribly. I figured this plan is good for me to give a shot.
Friday: Eat only lean proteins till the shitload starts.
Shitload: starts at 8pm. Consists of all junk food. Pizza, cookies, cheese burgers, french-fries, candy. I will wake up every 2 hours to eat a junk meal. BY the morning I hope to be filled out. I shall see how I look and eat accordingly.
Saturday morning: Prejudging starts at 10am. 3 hours before the prejudging I will eat pancakes with syrup and some other breakfast crap at any local breakfast place.
Back stage: I plan on showing up backstage around 8:30am. That gives me an hour and hour and a half to eat small amounts of junk food and get ready. 10 mins before I step on stage I shall take in some sour candy and maybe a few krispy cream donuts. Pump up and hit the stage.
Gear:
Tren 75mg ED 1-8
Masteron 112mg ED 1-8
EQ 800mg week.(started 16 weeks out)
Prop 25mg ED 1-7
Winstrol (oral) start 25 days before show @ 100mg ED
GH 4iu ED
T3 25mcg (depends on me).
1.5cc total OIL ED----1/2cc Tren, .75cc Masteron, .25cc prop, ED
1cc EQ 2x week(Monday/Thursday)
GH upon waking 4iu @ once.
All injects dropped 10 days out. Winstrol and EQ should stay in system to keep some goodies inside me.

1000mg vitamin C
Multi Vitamin
Glutamine 5g 2x day(in shake)
