Well bros I finally did it!! Came down from a dissapointing showing as light-heavy in June and dropped to the middles and just WON the Overall Mr. Knoxville Title as a little old 172lb middle-weight!! Won on conditioning as has been my trademark the last couple years

I am still in shock at this moment and and going to have a GREAT WEEK!!!
