My first run with DNP, some questions, and possible log

Day 6 and Day 7

Yesterday was day 6 (sunday) and i ended up taking 500 mgs split am, early pm. I was hesitant because my GF's room is not airconditioned and the first night was pretty hard to fall asleep... but i said fuck it and bought a 16" fan at target for 20bucks, and then left it for her because she needed it anyway...
I'm back in LA now and in the comfort of knowing that i can have constant AC. But my experience so far has not been bad at all, even in the 80-90F heat of San diego... Sure i was hot, but so was everyone else! i rolled around in a tank, shorts and sandals and tried to think of AC included acticities, we went to the movies twice and laid out by a pool once...
My diet was pretty good while in SD... no junk food. I mainly did a high caloric meal and split it between 2-3 meals...
I did sandwiches and ate half and saved half...
I had a handful (just one) of my GF's chex mix in the movie this AM and that was about as bad as it got...
Here is an intersting FYI for all of you who wonder the things i did...
I had some loose blue and white caps in the bottom of my back pack, i thought they were my NYC.. NOPE they were cialis... railed a lot over the weekend! So in my experience cialis at 500mgs a day was no problem, didn't feel uncomfortable or anything... I have also take .5mgs xanex 3 nights so far to help fall asleep. again no problems...
I didn't get to work out yesterday or today (except railing) so i am pretty sure i am retaining a bunch of water... tomorrow is back to AM and Post work out PM cardio...
Going to maintain 500mgs until thursday or Friday for my last day! I might even try 750 my last day...
 
Day 8

Calories were kept low yesterday (day 8) and i did 1:45 min of cardio total 1 hr in the am fasted and 45min post workout. my workout yesterday was weak and short.. 20 min or so, dumbell press and flyes 4 sets each 70% usuall weight with some abs!
calorie intake was pretty low, im guessing around 1800kcal i felt ok... I'm definitely hot all the time now!
My little office is set at 68F and i am still sweating under my work shirt! But not beads running off my face, thank god, cuz everyone would think i had a major flu or something!
I still feel pretty good in general, not deathly at all... I do notice that my brain function is sub prime. Like when i am on a carp depleted diet and 5pm hits me... i feel like my head is in a cloud... same thing now, good thing most my pitches are auto pilot.
I am sleeping SUPER DEEP! 8-9 hours and either not waking up at all to pee (never happens) or maybe just once... I'm still tired after sleeping for 8.5 hrs... wake up and pop an NYC along with all my supps and off to the treadmill with BCAAs...
I am loving the DNP overall. I can't believe i never used it before! still on 500mgs... planning on running it until friday for 11days total...
 
Day 9

206.8 this morning... I had a lull in the weight loss from the weekend, im guessing due to lack of cardio and sweating while still retaining copious amounts of water, V8 and Vitamin water zero XXX!!
today is wed. 206.8, if i can get to 203.8 by friday, then lose another 3-4lbs in water over the next week i will be beyond elated! to put me right around 200 when all said and done... im guessing i will be around 7% at that point! It would be one of, if not the most amazing things i've ever experienced in my body building life! (10 years)
 
Don't worry about weighing yourself while on. There's really no point as it's not an indication of the actual fat being burned. Wait til the water comes off post-cycle and then you'll see the real value!

ya i figured that much, but it is still interesting to see the difference from day to day... also i just thought i'd include as much data as possible for the log... i mean it is still a good indication that i am losing weight and at a good rate! just under a lb a day so far and holding water.... :)
 
Day 9 part 2

Yesterday was Day 9...
pretty much the same as day before...
1hr am cardio between 110-120 bpm... One thing i have noticed is it is much harder for me to get my heart rate up... I'm not trying to get it up anymore than that because it is hard just to do that, but usually on the treadmill i am about 10% incline at 3.0 mph and i stay around 130-135bpm... now same setting and im getting 110-120 and my pulse seems softer...
One thing i was reading here:

DNP thickens the blood, and i definitely feel that is true, instead of blood moving through my veins i feel like it is more mud when i feel my pulse!! very interesting! I should check my BP!! usually it is always perfect so it would be interesting to see the difference.
post WO i had my VAA shake
lunch was brought in by a REP, it was a salmon with pesto sauce, sun dried tomatoes and garlic... I ate 2 pieces with light sauce and a little salad with 2 teaspoons of dressing..
snack pre PM workout was 1/2 sandwich and another 1/2 pc salmon.
Gym was a light back workout with some abs then 40 min cardio...
had another VAA shake then lowfat cottage cheese with tapatio before bed..

Notes:
Was hot all day and sweating under my clothes even in my 68F room...

again the supps i take daily:
vitamin E 2,000IU
TP multi vitamin 2/day
TP super greens 1-2 scoops
resveratrol 300mgs
transdermal glutathione 200mgs
3g taurine
3g pyruvate
standard process Drenamin 6 tabs daily
Humacel 2 daily
klor-con (rx potassium) 10mg = 750mgs potassium slow release
vitamin d3 5,000iu
3mgs melatonin pre bed
6-9 tbls TP LBA's daily
1-2 vitamin water zero XXX
12oz V8 hot n spicy

Think i've covered my basis ;)

Sleep has been deep!! I'm holding water!
 
Day 10 750mgs

Yesterday was day 10 and i had the day off so i figured i would try 750mgs spread out through the day since i had full access to AC and cold shower if needed...
I took my first cap in the AM pre cardio with vitamins and BCAAs
45min cardio
had my VAA shake after and then went to coffee bean because my house cleaner was cleaning. So i had a blended xtreme light... probably about 150-200 cal in that...
Then popped another cap at 11:30am
i got home around 12:30 and the heat really kicked in... my breath was slow and heavy... I didn't feel bad though...
For lunch i made myself a ham sandwich with sprouted grain bread lettuce tomato onion avacado and honey mustard...
worked on some computer stuff all day... I felt fine.. I had my shirt off and was hot even with the AC on max...
Then i made some turkey burgers around 4, i had an open faced burger with same ingredients as the sandwich minus one piece of bread.
i skipped my pm workout due to the fact i was taking another cap in a minute and also i was on a roll with a project im working on...
took my third cap around 5:30 and was hot for the rest of the night. dinner was cottage cheese and another turkey patty...
last night's sleep was not great, i had trouble falling asleep, i took my NYC at 2:30pm that is too late for me and i couldn't get my temp right.. i had ac and fan going... i was too cold out side sheets but too hot half under a sheet... i woke up a couple times and my sheets were moist around me...
i ended up taking 2 melatonin pill and got about 6hrs sleep...
Breathing was heavy all day but not too bad!
 
So you're gonna take that break now for your vacation in Mexico? When you get back you should update us on your weight. I'm not sure how long it takes, but at least some of that water weight should come off...

Ya im actually going to Catalina Island off the So Cal coast on sunday... I took 250mgs this morning at 6 AM.. not sure if i am going to take another now?? how long should i give it to clear before drinking?
 
36 hour half life

so You will still have theoretically taken 125mg in 36 hours, and then 62.5mg in another 36 hours, then 31mg in another 36 hours, and then 15mg in another 36 hours, then 7mg in another 36 hours, then 3mg in another 36 hours, and 1.5mg in another 36 hours.

I think you get the idea, based on the half life I feel its important to avoid alcohol for a minimum of 6 days following a dnp cycle, however personally I wouldn't touch alcohol for just over 10 days.
 
ya i understand the 1/2 life, thanks... From what i understand and can feel the crystal clears the system much quicker than powder... I took 250mgs this morning at 6 am and i have been damn hot all day, i think the residual from the 750 yesterday has something to do with it...
So that's it, im done for this run, can't wait to see what i look like when the water goes away!!
Out of curiosity why CAN'T we drink on DNP? is it risk of dehydration? I will be giving my self about 60 hours after my last cap to before i consider a drink...
I plan on going off feeling, if i feel like my body temp is back to normal and energy is back etc... with lots of hydration and potassium and electrolyte supps. then i will have a drink or two sunday night... and be sure to have water or vitamin water in between...
Anyone have experience with this they care to share?
 
Yes dehydration.

Alcohol being a carb fuels the DNP once more increasing your temperature. The alcohol has to be oxidised by the liver, which uses water. Along eith excess urination, essentially you are ridding the body of water, heating the body up and losing potassium and magnesium with every trip to the toilet.

Its very difficult to work alcohol into a dnp cycle.
 
haha... so how about bloody mary with spicy V8?!! So i took my last cap 30 hours ago... still feeling a little warm but much different then yesterday... Im pretty sure by tomorrow afternoon i will be ok for a drink or two... Fyi i will take a klor-con (rx electrolyte pills)... of course i will listen to my body at that time and feel it out...
I will update you guys on day 11 in a bit...
Also i will take some pics next week when the water comes off!
 
Day 11

Yesterday was my last day... i only took 250mgs in the AM. I definitely felt the heat all day long! must have been plenty of residual from the day before (750mgs) I was hot all day like more than on the 500mgs... so i decided to just stop after my AM cap and let it all begin clearing for my trip tomorrow...
Everything was pretty standard yesterday, diet was pretty much the same as the past days with the shakes and gelsons...
I was pretty damn worn out by my PM workout... i did 45 or 60 min AM Cardio.. i dont remember... then i did a pretty good arm workout followed by 30 min cardio...
Dinner was the shake and then a turkey patty
